Only 847 per wheel? that's not bad at all! lol Yeah i went new on the F250 but found out i would have had no choice within a few years as it all 4 original steelies were about to break through with rust on the inside of them and it would have been a random out of the blue occurrence one day.
I'm just testing the waters there's not much out there for these Expy's unfortunately. What are the thoughts on the harley lights if there are some black in the wheels?

Lifted the expy today and put it in jack stands to see the height difference between stock and the 2.75/2 level lift from truxx that I would get. Keep in mind with the lift I would run 33's, I think it will look badass with some bigger rubber on it. Only concern it I have never felt with Independent suspension so I am not sure if anything needs to be added except the strut spacers like brake lines or drop brackets etc. I found that off-roading is a concern because of the high angle the upper a arm is at but I won't wheel much just looking for height really. Once the F250 is done I worn off-road at all unless it's a family trip that I can with everyone inside lol.

I've had this vision of what the final product will be of this build and I think it will look killer here is what i am envisioning and these are all side thoughts i have every night when i leave work and i am the only car in the parking lot so i stare at it for a good 3 minutes while i walk to it lol.
first idea is a 36" LED bar mounted between the frame rails on the top of the roof. here's the plan...
I would choose an LED bar such as this one from Tuff LEDs
the gap between rails is 38" and the bar above is 36" so that awould be perfect with 2 1" spaces on either side to mount it nicely.
The caps on top of the rails that cover the screws pop off easily by prying up here:
I would then drill a hole on the metal plate behind the cap here the drivers side would have two one for the mounting screw and one for the power cable:
I also plan on mounting two 6" spot light LED bars ni the grill on either side of the FORD grill emblem:
On all the bars i would smoke the lens' to keep them from standing out even though the roof one will be obvious lol. I am still undecided where i will mount the two switches though this dash is very full lol. I will also be adding an Edge CTS in the corner by of the dash like i did on my F250 in order to monitor other drive train things such as the Tranny temp etc. that kind surprised me on my F250 everything i needed to monitor for the gas motor was in the cluster but there is no tranny temp gauge on the 07 expeditions. This is all ontop of the 3/2" lift with 33'2 on 20" rims and the black headlights. any thoughts?
