Wheel spacers

Can someone tell me if the spacers that are on my dually stock or something that was added on? I ordered some new lug nuts and they don't fit, the studs are bigger than the lug nut hole. The studs and nuts that hold the adapters on are smaller than the studs and nuts that hold the wheels on.

They LOOK like the standard hub studs and nuts to me and it's pretty standard that the wheel studs and nuts are bigger than the hubs studs and nuts.
Did you get the lug nuts for the wheel instead of the hub?

EDIT; I just noticed that 3rd pic, with all the holes in it, I'm thinking they might actually be aftermarket, someone will have to confirm it though

I measured the studs and pitch and it looks like a 5/8-18 nut fits. Did Ford use this size on trucks??

I went to Autozone's site and while the sell the 5/8-18 lug nuts, they list the 9/16-18 as the standard size for your truck, whether it's a dually or not. They also list right hand threads and left hand threads. I think some of the dana axles had left hand threads on one side.

I had a 79 F350 with dual wheels, it had left and right threaded lug nuts.

The rear is defiantly an adapter. It LOOKS like the front is as well, I would need to see more.

Standard lug size is 9/16

Thought that looked like adapter, but my DRW was older, do these years still use the coined wheel?

Found this pic over at the Dodge Cummings forum of an aftermarket adapter that looks similar to mine. My truck's supposed to be a factory DRW so I'm puzzled why these would be on my truck.

Your rearend went bad at sometime and they replaced it with a single wheel rearend and used the spacers?

That is an ADAPTER, no doubt about it. NOTHING factory about it.

Trust me, I know duallys. and yours was NOT from the factory

Seems like it was 8500. I got rid of the door a few weeks ago as it was trashed.
