'61-'67 Econolines share the same rear as F100s?

Does anyone know if Econolines and Ford F100s '61-'67 share the same 9" rear end?

Some vans may be wider , not sure of the years.

Only 1965/67 Super Vans have a 9 inch, but it's not the same width as the F100's.
