'04 6.0 Hard Start

Any ideas on what could be causing this hard start? It randomly does this after the engine is warm.

Fresh T6 and Oem filter.

You may need to turn up the volume a little to hear the video.

Did you replace both fuel filters? Sounds like fuel, either air getting in or plugged filter, everyone forgets about the one on the frame and that one gets real dirty.

I only changed the oil filter on this time.
Both fuel filters were changed about 5K miles back.

Could injector O-rings cause it to do this?
