Hey folks, I've been reading lots of articles here, just wanted to say hello. I've been a Ford guy most of my driving days with vehicles like Ranger, Capris, Mustang SVOs, Galaxy Country Sedans, F-150 and now my current ride - my relatively newly acquired dream truck, a 1997 F-250 HD 7.3 CCSB 4x4. I've lusted after one of these since they were new, but expensive college tuition, home purchase and family have all conspired to defer that dream!
So in essence, someone else has been taking care of my truck for me all these years! It was a one-owner fireman's personal truck and it was pretty well maintained and had exactly 150k on the clock when I found it ( at a Ford dealer of all places - I almost never buy from dealers ).
The truck is bone stock, but I'd like to perform a few upgrades along the way after I get some gauges in the truck to establish a good baseline.
