power steering quirks
recently overcame a stalling problem where the fuel pump relay/
rap module fuse was burning out. traced it to an exposed wire under the cab. NOW, immediately after getting up and running, the steering is jerkey at low speeds and at standstills. had steering fluid collecting in the recesses of the power steering pump filler cap. the cap is fitting loose in the locked position and don't know if there was an "o" ring or gasket that should be there. by the way, i'm driving a '99 ranger FFV SUPERCAB 3.0 V6
