weird engine code

weird engine code
I got a FIPL fuel injector pump lever signal voltage too low on my engine code tester. Anybody know what this is. It's not in my Haynes manual and I can't find anything on it. I figured you guys would know what's up. 89 Ford f250 HD 460 v8 efi.

That is for a diesel engine and doesn't apply here, post up the exact code number you got.

I figured that from what I was looking up. I got code 813. Could that mean that my fuel injectors aren't putting enough fuel out?
