54 239 fuel pump diaphragm help needed

My fuel pump diaphragm is cracked and the fuel pump is now leaking gas when it runs. I'm looking to replace the diaphragm but cannot seem to find an appropriate repair kit for the 54 other than some guy on ebay that says he can do any year... but they are $65 or so compared to the $15 I'm seeing for replacements for other years.

Also, are there any tips/tricks I should be aware of that may make the job easier? I am far from a mechanic but not afraid to get my hands dirty and learn.

54 239 Y-Block V8 - fuel pump with glass bowl on top (single action I believe based on my research). I do run an inline filter prior to the fuel pump.
