So i just bought a 91 with the 5.0, rwd. It was a craigslist truck, no rust, good price, motor felt strong during test drive. Truck is missing front gas tank of dual system. There were no issues I could see at time of purchase. Now that ive had it for about a week the truck is having an intermittent start issue where it would crank and crank but not start unless we gave it a shot of starter spray. This would be random, it would start perfect many times then just not start. I replaced fuel filter, dist cap and rotor. Truck was starting great but yesterday died 4 times while driving over a 15 mi trip. Today i replaced the ignition module and went for the same ride. it did the same and died 3 times but will start right up after it dies. Power is still on when it dies as well. I cant figure out what the problem is
