If I set the temp on my 2002 Explorer to a certain temp, does the system regulate the temperature by cycling the A/C compressor on and off (like punching the A/C button) or does it move the air vents to blend hot and cold air? The reason I ask, I'd rather not load the engine if I don't need to (ever so slightly better mpg).
