That's awesome I'm considering doing this also,
If you don't mind me asking, how much $ do you have wrapped up in the swap so far?
haven't done full tally yet but about $1200ish.got a 95 parts truck for free but the biggest one time expense was the ford racing harness $540.i wanted to start with a fresh harness(and wiring diagram etc) .I was looking at msd atomic EFI but too much money and wanted a system that i kinda knew and can get parts for at napa on a saturday.
i started the truck sunday and just about have all the teething problems sorted out.still have a belt alignment issue but will get rid of my smogpump delete pulley(belt walks forward on pulley) and use shorter belt.went for a run around the block and WAY happier with injection now.probably won't expect much different mpg on highway but better in town.did it mostly because carbs suck in winter .will update soon
Why on earth did you go with the module-on-the-distributor version for the ignition system when those have such a well documented high failure rate when compared to the later remotely mounted module system?

my 93 stang still has the original module on it and the new harness was way too wrapped up to redo/add to in that spot.worked out great for me.
