Question about dually box

Hey guys, I was wondering if a 8ft box off a 1988 F-350 dually would fit a 1996 F-150? Box on my 96 is rusted out but the 88 one is good, what are the differences? Could it be done without to much hassle?

yes it will bolt on, but it will look silly with the dually fenders and single wheels.

The "tucked" look might be kinda rad....better stick with 235/75r15's though!

You can do it and the dually fenders could probably be sold to offset the cost. You will have holes left after you remove the dually fenders.

BIG holes, because the dually fenders did not bolt to a single wheel bed. they are different beds, and look even goofier without the fenders.
