it runs good at an idle no matter what temp and i only went 2 miles before it started to run like crap

the plugs are all firing and none are fouled the truck has 180k on it and I'm starting to think timing chain

you can check the wear on the timing chain or put a vacuum gauge on the engine and see if its out of specification.
