Picked up my new 49 F3 last week and thought I would need to seek the wisdom and knowledge of those that have gone and spent before. Great site.

Before the teardown.

Getting ready to find out how much I don't know!

For some reason the bed was widen about 3"

3.55 rear

It's a wider differential from an 87 F250. So bed is five inches wider. Glad you found the forum. Have fun with it.
