Air Bag Problems?
Is there a way to reset the air bags , with out taking it to the dealer , I just bought a 1998 F-150 and the radio out and I think they left it unconnected long enough to make the system mess up... I had a 1998 Expedition that I was trying out and payed to get it reset , can I do this myself ??? Any tricks??

Usually you dont have to do anything to reset it. You can try removing a battery terminal to see if it clears itself but if it doesnt you might have to take it and get it scanned and any memory codes cleared.

Exactly what kind of problem are you having? I don't quite understand your question in your post. If you can give me a little more information, I (we) might be able to help you a little more.

The air bag light that is suppost to blink and then go out , is staying on constant , I was told by a repairshop that it has to be hooked up on a computer and reset , does that sound any clearer ? hope so , thanks for all you help..
