Wikipedia says MWM wasn't sold to Navistar until 2005, so that engine was made before the merger/buyout.

FtruckBrasil, Navistar does manufacture some of their engines here, but not under the MWM brand (as far as I know).

What kind of mileage do you get with that little diesel?

Nice, a Fuller transmission.

What diesel is it?
I've heard that non-US half ton trucks of various makes have had small diesels available for quite a while. There are always rumblings about having them available in the US, but the combination of emissions requirements and perceived demand keep putting it off.

4x2 version reaches 175 km h! and the 4x4 version reaches 140 km h

this engine is on average 8-10 km per liter of diesel!

here in Brazil was also manufactured the 4.9 gas, but with the high price of gasoline, diesel was more sold!

Nice, a Fuller transmission.
it is good! but the 5th gear is short for this engine

I really like seeing the different (Better Ideas?) implementations of vehicles around the world. The seats are cool, so is the dash and instruments.
Are the bars protecting the transfer case factory or add on?

Wish we had access to your junkyards

Thanks for sharing!

everything on my truck is factory original. I put the wheels and the rear lights imported.

here is already difficult to find the trim pieces!

parts of chassis, engine, gearbox, differential, is easy

many parts are compatible with those of the USA, has equal parts!

I buy parts dai!

the protector of the transfer box is original from the factory, does not exist in f150 4x4?

if you want some pieces I can look for you!

the f250 in Brazil was fitted by an engine mwm sprint in line 6 cylinder with 180 hp
.2006 to 2011 was equipped with the 4 cylinder cummins maxpower of 203 hp!

and both had an intake of small diesel and a good hp!

I see videos of f250 1997 7.3 powerstroke find very cool! must walk a lot!

I see you have a heater delete. I am guessing that is a factory option since it does not get too cold down there.

I like the seats but the 87-91 interior KILLS it for me.

It if funny how they make such different things in different parts of the word. My buddy dives a 3.0 power stroke diesel ranger in Argentina. WISH we could get that here

thank you, you could buy a protector that is here to model and then copy and manufacture!

basically are several bent and welded pipes, nothing hard to copy!

from 1992 to 1998, the interior is the same!

I have no heater, no truck uses heater in Brazil, but should use, here where I live is cold in winter yes. as far as it arrives cold - 4ēcelsios

engine 3.0 powerstrock what you mean, there is the Ford Ranger here!

also used in f1000 229 mwm, mwm, and a 2.5 turbo hsd which also equipped the land Rouver

want to give you an idea:

1995 f150 4x4 shortcab , put a cummins engine this one:

Cummins

and use a zf gearbox with overdrive 5th!

and differential ratio 3:07!
