STARTING TROUBLE - E150, 1985
I have trouble with starting my E150 - 1985 Ford Van. It was working fine and suddenly will not start. I checked there is no spark when I lifted the high tension cable from the center of distributer and tested with a spark plug. I replaced the ignition module mounted at bottom side of distributer and replugged 6 pin socket to it and twisted wires of single pin connector as it was broken. still no spark. can you guide me what can I check or replace the Coil?

I see that your new, and this site can be confusing at first, so if you have found it already there is a forum for the 80-86 trucks and vans, post your question over there, they’ll help you out. Many of us are not too familiar with the none electronic ignition.
