After much research and debating, between all the different types of mufflers that are out there, I have to decided to go with a 3" CherryBomb glasspack!! My Ex is just to quiet as it sits right now, that big of a truck should have some kind of growl!!!

 

What motor do you have? (I have signatures turned off so if it's in there I apologize)

 

its a 2004 v10

 

Have you done the y-pipe yet? Mine got a bit louder after I did that. Still thinking about swapping out the muffler though. (Yes, even though I want a diesel.)

 

The rest of exhaust is still stock, just replaced the muffler, it sounds pretty good with that glasspack now, eventually want to do duels with headers

About how many miles before it starts to really sound good? It sounds awesome now, but I know it gets better!!

 

I did mine in march or april, after a 1-2k it opens up a bit.
