T-19 fluid?

I had originally posted a resuest to identify my 4 speed transmission with granny 1st gear, but I found another thread that had a picture of my transmission, so now I know I have a Borg Warner T-19.

What fluid / oil is supposed to go in a Borg Warner T-19?
I've been told SAE 30 and SAE 90 which is correct?

My gear-shifter also vibrates/rattles when I drive. It's nothing major, I didn't even notice it untill I took my radio out. I can stop it by pushing the gear-shifter towards the passenger side. Is that normal?

Thanks
