Hey guys, as you may see I am new to this forum! Glad to be apart of it. Quick question though. I found a 1975 f-350 for sale that I might be trading my dirt bike for. I am curious how hard it would be to put the gas tank holes in, for my 1979 ford f-150 dual tank 8ft bed. Thanks in advance!
Have to get some JY gas flaps and do some body work...but before you go cutting holes in the bed, better measure that rear frame width, cause it might be narrower than a standard F150/250 frame width and the standard metal gas tank for them, might not fit?
Highboys ( I know) and F350's (I think) are narrow in the back end, that is why they have a cab tank?
Or are you talking about putting that red bed on your F150? Back to a sawzall or body saw.
