i am looking to build a nice 275-325hp 302

what should i look for in a doaner car? i havre access to a 87-89(i think) grand marquie(hole car) for aprox $500cad is it worth it?

what should i know about it? what kind of lifters would it have?

I would say that if it is actually an 1987 to 1989 (look for fuel injection) it would be well worth your 500 dollars to be a motor donor, as well you could make some coin by selling parts off of the car

yes it is a fuel injected engine so thats makes it 86 or newer


this is a rough list of what im concidering

edelbrock 60329 heads
9-9.5 : 1 comp ratio
600 cfm 4bbl carb (likly edelbrock)
duelplane intake
headers not sure what kind or style
comp cams 31-216-2 cam or somthing simmiler

electric rad fan

mds or accel ignition system

3spd od trans till it pops then not sure what
