I haven't been in the Oregon Chapter forum for quite some time. There wasn't anyone around in my area (way NE Oregon desert). Not that that should have mattered.
But I've moved. My grandkids live in Scio, so I gave up the duplex I was renting and moved into my RV, in a small RV park about 10 miles east from there. I'm also about 10 miles SE of Stayton and about 5 miles west of Lyons.

Anyone from around this area?
I'm over in Sheridan, so not too terribly far from you.
I was in Paisley. I have grandkids in Scio. It costs too much to travel over here any decent number of times to see them, so I figured I'd just travel once and hopefully see them as much as I want.

Scio is not bad for a valley town, still small but close to the big city..........if you like that kind of thing.
So far it's been pretty quiet. I'm actually 10 miles out of town, so pretty much in the middle of nowhere. It's only rained twice and I'm already tired of that.

But you won't have to worry about as much snow and the antelope won't be eating the corn in the garden. You also won't have so far to go to go fishing!
