BEG8 looks like a 94 and ALOT of them you cannot retrieve codes from or even read with a scanner
1994 BEG8 5-89K-R00 DPC-203 F5TF-FJ 7.3L F-SERIES DIESEL - MANUAL TURBO DIESEL FDMEF9G4
I don't think there was a distinct CA PCM in '95. Didn't they introduce the GP relay shunt, etc. in, like, '96 or '97?
Actually, it looks like a '94 PCM, per: PCM Codes - 1994-1997 Power Stroke FAQ . Yeah, looks like no separate listings for Cali for '94 or '95. There's a slim chance that, being a '94 PCM, it hasn't been flashed to our OBD-kinda-II, so AE, Interceptor, MT2500, etc. _*might*_ not communicate with it.

Hmm, interesting, YBT0 is from a '96 F-SD Auto. No idea why an F-SD would be different from a pickup, PCM-wise. Ohh, maybe, the F-SDs had more "exotic" diff options, right, like 4.63 or something? Maybe the PCM needed some programming mojo for different RPM/MPH combinations for shifting the E4OD. It would be interesting to plug it into a 3.55 or 4.10 pickup and just see what it does.
