Well in 1970 the Louisville line (L, LN, LNT etc) came out with the one piece front end.
Not sure on the smaller (500-600-700-750) F series when they went to the one piece front end.
I might add - Some of the larger F series - IE the F900 used the Louisville body, so starting in 1970 at least the F900 had the flip front. But not the smaller F600 in the same year, those still used the old style body. (like a big pickup style)
Probably need to figure out what truck line (F-L) and size (500-600-700-750-800-900) that you are thinking about to get more specific.
Hi, Thanks to all that have responded. There seems to be some confusion,
(my bad). I've been seeing f600-f800 trucks advertised with 1 piece fronts & then see the same year or a year newer with a hinged hood. That's my confusion. 1984-1994.
