Can I swap the front end, fenders & hood off a 84 F150, to an 89 F250??

Yes, but you will need to change the core support.

There are two bolts that hold the rad support down.If you were to look down on either side of the rad,you should find them fairly easy at the bottom of the support.Just undo these two and the whole support should lift up,then carry on diconnecting everything else, such as wiring and brackets and all the other good stuff.Pretty basic,just take your time and you'll do fine.
