2000 Lug Nut Socket Size

I was wondering if anybody knew what size socket is used to remove a lug nut on a 2000 F350 4X4? Thanks for any and all information, I appreciate it.

My 2006 f350 is 13/16"; would assume it hasn't changed.

I have always used a 21mm on my 2001 f250.
