Well, here we are Folks... already into September!! The white crap was in a few camping spots last week, so I'm still looking for summer to get here! Anyway, while I'm waiting for what I'm sure isn't going to happen, lets pull up a log and let the BS fly!!

Court went Very well.............
Theresa's Ex-dad is unhappy

100 years Jail. 50 years suspended. 1st 25 years NO parole. If/when he completes sex offender rehab and completes 25 years he becomes eligible to apply for parole. If he gets out of jail, supervision and tracking bracelet for life. Must register as a tier II sex offender. Must make restitution of 8,000 dollars to Theresa's counselor.

I had a chance to address the court and say my peace.

WOW Roy.. I wasn't aware this had happened.. I am happy that it all worked out though !!

 

the 1st weekend in November 2012 I let Theresa visit with him for the day. She wanted to see dad.

Theresa spilled the beans Jan 2013. Police arrested him Feb 2013. Trial was May 2014. 3 day trial. The jury took less than an hour to find him guilty of insest.

 

I am so sorry that happened to Theresa.. that should not happen to anyone, regardless of age, ever!!! I will pray that somehow, she will forget, and live free of that.
