My minion made me so proud again. She had a sinus/alergy flare up onver the weekend and practically lost her voice. The issue with that is she had Choir try outs in the morning. She went anyway. She was so nervous even before the voice issue, but she stepped through that and did an amazing job. I was even surprised that she did so well.
There are so many kids, and even adults that would use that as an excuse to not do something they were scared to do, but she didn't let that stop her.

Evening everyone,
Happy hump day!
I hope you had a great weekend & a great week so far.
My week has been hell! Monday I find out that Pollock Pines,CA. (Where my aunt lives) is on evacuation alert from the wildland fire there & later that evening I got a long distance call from my sister in Michigan. My Nephew was found dead in his car in his driveway with a gun shot wound to his head that morning. So it hit me hard Tuesday at work & I had to leave at lunch because I couldnt stop crying. Then today I'm 3 hrs into work & get a call from the school nurse that I had to take Karl to Urgent Care due to a sports injury. Now hes on crutches for a few days & no weight bearing on his rt leg for atleast a week. So, I was off work again today. Tomorrow I wont be working due to child support court, so another short paycheck next week...oh joy!
Atleast all 3 things happened shortly after each other. ?.since things always seem to happen in 3s. UGH! I cant wait for things to get back to normal. Lol
