Just a shout to say Hi and this lady excursion lover is glad to join today.I have a 2000 EXCUR XLT with a 10" lift.This is a pending sale and I am very excited.Will be picking it up in a few days.Found out that it may not be street legal in Ohio as the bumpers may be too high.Wondering how other buckeyes handle this issue in NW Ohio.Any input is welcomed and hoping I dont have to have it lowered! I LUV this hunny truck!
Usually I've seen people weld up little BS bumpers at the proper height that basically hang down from the stock bumper. It's retarded looking but conforms to the law
Thanks all for the welcome and replys.I have heard from a few others that Ohio is more relaxed on state code then other states on bumper height.Thats good news! I will post new and better pics as soon as I get her home.
