Missing
Hey all. I've had my 97 one ton for a while and she's got 240 thousand miles on her. She's recently started to have a slight miss and white smoke. When I used to start it she smoked blue and ran fine. Now it's blue and white. Before it would miss cold and eventually run fine. I assumed it would e the valve cover gaskets being worn out and needing replaced. I have learned that being as old as they are, the connections will eventually give way and only make good connection when it is warm and has expanded to a point. I will replace these gaskets over the weekend. What other problems could be occurring besides this or a bad injector? I will pull then too and look at then while I've got it tore apart.
