Hello from Wyoming

Have an 03 f-350 with the 6.0 diesel. Have had all the problems everybody else has had with it but now have a new problem. A little history first. Had a new engine built by Bulletproof Diesel put in it about 25,000 miles ago. Did the whole number on it. New block from Ford, studded heads, new injectors, new Garrett turbo, bulletproof egr, bulletproof external oil cooler, etc. installed a SCT scanner/tuner at the same time. It ran great for the first 22,000 miles or so. One day coming back from Montana( summertime about 90 or so degrees outside) I noticed my coolant and oil temps running higher than normal. This truck has always run in the 180's on both coolant and oil. Also noticed my EGT's were running higher than normal. When I went to tow my trailer the numbers even went higher. Climbing a hill I would see 230 coolant and 240 or so on the oil temps. I also got EGT's up to 1300 degrees. Fan clutch would kick in at 230 degrees on the coolant and would help bring the numbers down a few degrees but not much.My local diesel shop guys thought the fan clutch was not working right and installed a new one. Didn't help so installed a new thermostat. Didn't help so installed a new water pump. Didn't help. It almost seems to me it's not getting enough air through the coolers but nothing is blocking the grill and if you put a shop light in by the fan all looks clear through all the coolers.I can climb a hill or pass and the numbers will slowly go up but as soon as I get to the downhill side it cools back down quickly. Don't know what to do next!!! Any suggestions.
