4x4low pop
I have a 94 with manual hub and push button 4hi and 4low. When the 4low is engaged the frontendmake a loud engaging noise and it acts like it wants to go. what should be normal. thanks for all the advice i have got for all of u Ford guys

If you're doing this on pavement or even hard dirt, then it might be normal IF you've already locked the front hubs. If they're UNlocked and it grinds, you have problems in the wheel bearings, or front axle bearings/u-joints/diff/hub locks. If it happens in mud, it could be the axle or the t-case.
