UPDATE! Bouncing/not working speedo.
i replaced the speed sensor and the speedo still didnt work. I traced the wires like Steve83 said and found a cut wire! Now its fine but the ABS light is still on? Thanx!!

This is an outrage! I believe I said this " Next, trace the wires for the speed sensor all the way back as far as you can. Is there any corrosion on the wires at the sensor? Any damaged wires? This doesn't sound like a bad PSOM, sounds like something else."
