Does the dodge version include a decal and set of truck nuts?? This is a good suggestion. I shall look into adding something.

Here's the one I have in each of my vehicles. It even lets me know how the alternator is doing also.

They all do.

With the engine running, it's showing you the alternator charge voltage. With the engine off, it's reading the volts in the battery.

I bought a /vehicle-cigarette-lighter-power-socket-adapter-with-copper-battery-terminal-clamps/ to use with one of these. It allows me to troubleshoot individual batteries and alternators

Winter is around the corner. Time to plug in the volt read to make sure that the GPRs are all working correctly.

Where are you finding these meters? Every one i have found locally has a length of wire attached.

My thoughts exactly. Will be ordering one. Be interested it what is says when I am running my strobes and v plow.

fellas if your gonna pay $25-$30 for a volt meter just get the scanguageII for $120ish from advanced auto parts they always have some special to save money on the $140 price and you get icp, volts, eot, and for you auto's, trans temp and many other I haven't delved into
