I am looking at buying a 1965 F100 for my boyfriend. I took a picture of the warranty plate that is on the drivers' side door. I am having a hard time locating information about it. Can anyone help me decode this? Also, I was wondering if the stars that are on both sides of the truck are original. I can't seem to find those anywhere on the web. thanks so much!

Welcome to FTE. I'll give you the short version of how your warranty plate decodes. You may get a more expansive version of it from Number Dummy or someone else later. Keep in mind that this information applies to a vehicle almost 50 years old. Someone may have changed out some of these specifications in the meantime. You have a very lucky boyfriend. Hope he knows it. F10 = 2 wheel drive F100 truck. D = 352 cubic inch, 2 bbl FE V8 engine. D = built at Dallas, TX assembly plant. 612504 = built in November, 1964 as a '65 model vehicle. 129 = wheelbase in inches. O = exterior color Light Peacock. F100 = 5000 lb Gross Vehicle Weight half ton truck. C81 = green upholstery in a Custom Cab. G = Cruise-O-Matic transmission. 07 = 3.25 gears in a Ford 9 inch non-limited slip differential. 5000 = GVW rating. 172@4000 = NET horsepower and rpms where achieved. 61 = Dallas - the district sales office from which the truck was originally ordered. It was not a special order vehicle. The stars were possibly put on by the dealer for some kind of local (or possibly statewide) promotion, IMO, I doubt they were factory.
