Transmission clunk
I have a 2002 F-350 two wheel drive automatic transmission. When I take off from a stop there is a clunk that can be felt. It doesn't slip but does anyone have the same problem? Or is it a problem? My 2003 Expedition is as smooth as can be. Is this inherent to PSD's or is it hurting anything. Yes I do have a supertuner chip on the 60 hp setting.

I have heard of this problem if the caliper bolts are loose. Might want to give them a check. It should not be your u-joint because u have an auto but might be. I would check the brakes first then the u-joints second. Hope this helps
