Sluggish running truck need help
I new to the site And I've noticed my trucks been Being sluggish and slight ruff idle and wasn't shure what was wrong just changed oil still the same so I thought I'd turn to you guys I figured there's some people here who no a lot more than me and can give some good advice

Welcome to the forum! Sound like it could be injector o rings. A test you can do is to rev the motor at a stand still in park, if there is hesitation between 2000 and 3000 rpm then it's time for injector o rings. Which are fairly easy to do.

Sluggish
We'll it's only got 189000 and counting has a fass fuel system and a intake and a ts hoping to get downpipe soon but lately it's a little sluggish and when fully warm at idle rpms kinda jump a little hope it's nothing to bad still recovering funds from having to do a zf5 swap
