Transfercase interchange
Ok got a friend looking for a tcase for a 94 f250 with a 7.3 5spd manual shift tcase. Got 2 from a 95 f150 5spd manual shift at my house. Will they interchange are they the same is what im saying.

yes.those will all be the same borg warner 1356 t-case w/slip yoke.manual shift.f150-f350
the f150's could have come with the electric shift,but as you know,yours are manual.
the f350's could have come with the pto provision (this one,would be a direct bolt in.i just grabbed one of these for a replacement for mine actually.though i'll likely never use the provision for anything,it was the same price at the yard as the others.)

fyi; the gasket is a ford dealer item only.i guess some guys have used rtv but it was only 8 bucks at the ford dealer in the city the salvage yard was at so i grabbed it (got home and saw i had a spare from years ago hanging up that i never used lol) 2 quarts mercon.fill to spill.
(though mine with the pto took a little more.i dunno why.i guess there's a little more room in there.i didn't look it up to see if there was an official difference yet,but 2 quarts didn't quite do it.)
