Another good vendor
As you folks at Truckstock know I had a problem with a tire on my truck. Universal Tire of Hershey Pa deemed it to be a tread separation and reimbursed me 100% of the purchase price, although the mileage was low, probably about 1000 miles, it was almost 3 years old. Just wanted to pass this along.

Good to hear. I travel out to Hershey about 4 times per year on business. I believe that it is important these days to give business to companies and people that do the right thing. As a small business owner myself, I bust my hump to make my customers happy. You can't please everyone but I try. I give my time and money to similar companies that value their customers. On the flip side, if a company fails to do the right thing, they lose my money period.
