I believe those are bank lean codes, don't have any references here so I'm just relying on memory which isn't very reliable sometimes. Is this Expy an Explorer or Expedition? If it's an Expedition, reach back behind the IAC valve with the engine running and I bet you'll find a rather large vacuum leak. You probably won't be able to hear it because it's so close to the IAC. This is the most likely. Next on the list is a contaminated MAF. This will cause the MAF to underestimate airflow and reduce fuel delivery, resulting in a lean condition as read by the O2 sensors. If you are running a K&N (or other oil soaked) filter you should probably check the MAF first.
