Headers

Hey all first post here but have been in the back ground a long time. Im looking for a set of headers to replace my rusty stock exhaust mainifolds on my 400M. I was wondering if any one here has used any headers that worked well and didnt require modifing much or anything for that matter. Im looking for high performance and Ceramic Coated so they look good and last long. I putting them in a 79 f-150 with a 400m in it and its well worked over.(My show truck)

Any way price doesnt matter, just looks and performance. Thanks

heddman, hooker, and the buch make headers. summit has a cheapie set that work well. headers will give you a boose in power and such.

Best headers for the buck are in Jeg's .. Cerama-coat Headers by Dynomax.. Part number 289-86052 ... 229.99 .. Fits 400 in 4x4 truck ...

What problems will those headers hit in a 2wd truck? Is it that humongous cross member or the frame rails?
