badford,

thanks so much for the link! i took a little more time this morning and finally found it was in fact a fuse. i missed it in my state of confusion and frustration. we're good to go now. everything is up and running and even found the 12V + and - wire's with key-on-engine-off position for my gauges…
one step closer!
oh yea, and a new 6637 today.

take care guys.

thanks for the heads-up/reminder that there are better places to buy that filter. honestly, sometimes i get bit by the 'gotta-have-it-now' bug… will definitely refer to online FTE supporters before the big name brand stores…

i didn't want to hijack the forum here so i posted a new thread in the Aftermarket Products section. crazy to know i've had 80 some people view it, but not one to comment on it. you guys ever had that happen before?
off to work tonight. have a good tuesday fellas!

hiking to Mt.Whitney next week! Rosie and i are only a few days away from loading up our buddy's truck and driving down towards Lone Pine/Bishop area.

Been to Bishop many times with our Quads. In summertime Tioga pass is open so when we haul through there the driving passes cost $10 (?) and are good for 10 days so we would come home off load then go back up the following weekend and visit Yosemite for a day. Lotta fun
