Not yet, got busy fishing, and catching... then came North to be there to welcome the our first granddaughter when she arrives... don't worry, I will get it done... but will have to pull the windshield to do it... not an easy chore...

Thanks for asking though, and thanks for the trim pieces..

Wow 13 pages so far. Here is what I got done this weekend.

Removing rear axle used engine crane to lift frame.

Engine stand mounted to rear of frame through a 4x4 bolted in place.

Frame set on the engine stand.

Had to cut one of the U-Bolts but three came off without much issue.

Started on the front axle removal also.

Cut all the U-Bolts off the front. These were original to the truck.

Got everything dis-connected but have to figure out how to mount the front part of the Frame to the other engine stand. I need access to the front spring mounts so that limits where I can attach too.

Got a picture of the tranny, it is a T18.

I also found the the rear driveshaft is dented. Some I am going to have it rebuilt with a new tube as well as having the front one re-done as well.

And you still have the tag on the T-18 case too! Very original! The PO of my truck didn't leave any tags on. Makes you wonder what were they thinking?

The T-18 sure is different from the NP435.. what was the reason for using the T-18 vs the NP-435? if both are in F250'$?

The original transmission case was cracked. I had this one from a parts truck and just modified the tail housing to accept the Transfer Case Shifter.

Got the axles removed and moved outside. Trying to get the garage in order so that the cars can go inside since we are supposed to get 24" plus of snow starting tonight.

Axles outside, waiting to be covered in snow!!!!

Snowing good now.

Parked the 2010 escape and 2003 f150 between the house and garage to protect them. The two newer cars are inside the garage.

you need to clean the lens on your camera bud. there are spots, streaks, and a horrible white glow effect on everything.

At least you can brush (or shovel) snow off. I can't do crap with all this rain. But then again it's in the 40's during the day here. Conserve energy, stay warm with a girl friend or wife.

Well it's still snowing. Crazed is most likely getting this too.

Just started shoveling.

Snow filled the bed of the f150.

Lots of snow to clean off vehicles.
