MII power steering problems
I wasn't allowed to post an update to my old thread yesterday for some reason. So I just want to follow up in case anyone else is interested.
My steering went all goofy when I tried parking at a car show last month.
I tried to put a rebuilt GM GenII pump on to determine if it was in the rack and pinion or the pump.
That didn't work out too well. (didn't have right fittings) I ended up finding a replacement F.R GenII variable pressure pump at Jegs for $193. (expensive guess)
Good news, My power steering has never worked so well, and I'm back on the road.
