Question front end shakes between 65-75mph

ive got a bad ball joint, pulls to the right, but could that also be the reason my front end shakes at 65-75 almost like a wheel hop. whole cab will shake, mostly on passenger side and right front. Any quick opinions would be awesome.

My quick opinion is get this death trap repaired ASAP, AS SOON AS POSSSIBLE!

Yes a bad ball joint could cause the shaking but most likely when its very close to completely falling apart.

Why you're still driving this truck at those speeds knowing this is happening is the real mystery here! Good lord man FIX YER TRUCK!

Thanx for the reply. I was thinkin that the ball joint is so bad that it might be ruining the control arm. Other than that all the other components seem fine. Rear end maybee? DRIVE SHAFT?

If the front is shaking its most likely something up front.

If the drive shaft or rear end is at fault it wouldn't affect the front as severely as you're describing.
