Blower motor Res. Location

Gentlemen and Ladies, I have a 1989 F-250 7.3 Des. I need to know the location of the heater blower motor resister. I pulled one thing that sure looks like a resister (just to the right of the blower motor and down low with a 4wire elect. conector) With this thing disconnected the fan motor still worked. My problem is the fan only works on high. Thank you for your time.

That was it, it doesn't go thru the resistor on high. That's why it still worked as before.
