MAC performance

Has anybody installed the MAC performance intake on their Explorer? I have a 2000 Exploer with a 5.0L. I am interested in purchasing this unit but want to know any opinions before I do.

MAC performance

i dont have 5.0 i have 4.0 and i custom made my intake it cost me only 24 $ for the filter and 5 $ for a small rubber tube from homedepot

original price for me to buy is 150$ and over

MAC performance

Installed a MAC air intake on my 2000 Exp 5.0. Went on like a charm in about 10-15 minutes, which includes taking the old one off and installing the new one. I highly recommend it for improved breathing/performance. Check out eBay for some decent prices on this item.
