"Tilt Steering"

Hi,
I just purchased a 1990 F-150 XLT Lariat model.
I was just wondering if anyone knows if this model had tilt steering column? The reason why I ask is because the column appears to have two sections that appears to be able to move. I just wanted to know if there use to be a lever somewhere and maybe the previous owner maybe broke it off or something.
Also, as I try to move the steering wheel up and down there is a clicking noise like if the steering column needs to be tighten or something.
Any information will be appreciated, Thanks in advance!

I have an 89 F150 XLT Lariat that came with tilt wheel. The lever to operate was the turn signal lever. You have to push it forward to adjust it. Just don't force it or the lever may break. Hope this is true for the 90 model.

My XLT Larriat has a seperate lever thet you push forward. It is just down the colum from the turn signal lever. Look to see if there is a hole there, the lever may have been unscrewed and removed.
