I just picked up a pioneer avic f700bt (touch screen with volume **** was a big thing for me) got the update off eBay for 20 bucks and I love it no rear cam yet but I will be once I decide which cam. Navi is pretty nice set up pretty good in general
3.5 aux in front,, controls my iphone for music from the dash(USB ) I have not tried the Bluetooth hands free stuff yet. Best part is is shows the ford oval when I start the truck.( with update) If you want DVD up front go with the 900.
As it sits My total investment is 200 bucks and it operates just as good as the new thousand dollar units. A cam is around 100 bucks
If you were to go for one I will tell you a forum for other mods to make it more friendly not sure if I can post that here
I have a Pioneer X-4500BT, fit's great with a little trimming as any DD chassis will require. With the BU camera, it really saves the marriage on camping trips. Bluetooth works great, and it feeds my rear monitor just fine. If I had to do it again, I would cough up the extra coin and go for the 8500 with the dual zone for separate source for the rear.
I have a Pioneer (forget the model #) got it from Crutchfield for $259 plays DVD`s has a back up camera input (got a nice camera from Amazon for $20). I can hookup a GPS if I wanted too, but it has App Radio which will play some of my Iphone apps through the screen, even a GPS app. best stereo I`ve bought for any car.
