I am planning on building a down firing ported box for a polk 10" 4 ohm sub. Does anyone know off the top of their head how many cubic inches are need for this application. I am going to be putting this in a 96 full size bronco in place of the current center console between the front seats. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Every speaker will have it's own requirements. Do you know the specs of the speaker? It should give you a range. For ported it will probly be over 1 cf
